you hear you heart whispering it's a Sunday, Your body complaining because tomorrow is a Monday and your spirit unleashing because everyday isn't your day?
Bare in mind this Sunday is a great day. Basically its your day YES! you reading this right now I have three ideals I need you to do for me and most importantly for you, to assure change is possible in your life. This activity doesn't take long, only an hour of your time:
*20 mins- meditate or workout indoors
*20 mins- set your goals and focus on your daily strength not weakness
*20 mins- Reading or watching the motivational videos I linked onto the blog for you.
Because the phase you are going through right now isn't meant to last forever, its temporary if you make it. Refreshing your mind whenever a situation becomes to big and starting the challenge off on a new chapter can enhance your chances of overcoming it.
I know there's work, school or other tasks at hand tomorrow or any other day but take this time, chance and moment and use it to make progress. Watch it bloom into a healing system that doesn't comfort pain but instead dismantles it, building a strong structure filled with success and perseverance. This 3 ideals will help you unlock certain trades you never knew you had....
